"THE LOWEST GRADE OF EXPERIENCE EVER!!! My initial experience with this store location has always been great up until a few days ago. Back in December, I returned a laptop and headphones only because it was an extra bill I couldn't afford any longer. This month I received a text message about having a return credit, so I entertained the text and called in to see what it was about. Upon answering the phone and letting the guy know what the nature of my call was about, he asked for my name and immediately told me I had a past due bill from a 75-inch TV??? I told him I had no idea what he was talking about, he responded is your mom Yalonda? She has gotten a TV from us under your name. I told him my mom's name is not Yalonds and she is way in California and is well off to buy a TV if she needs one. He asked me to hold, and as i was waiting to hear back from him I said "This is crazy", he said "You are" and when asked what did he say he cleaned it up with "Are you ok". I immediately asked for a manager as he obviously was not the one I needed to be speaking with. Upon request, he denied me speaking with a manager and told me I could call corporate if I wanted to file a complaint and hung up the phone. Definitely will be going to Conns from now on"

"The level of disrespect from the supervisor and his employee on July 8 2023 is despicable. A trained employee would have had better communicational skills. A groomed supervisor would have advised his employee on how to talk to a customer not approve of the disrespect. I will never do business with this particular location ever. The entire city of Memphis is filled with people who need jobs but don't have the qualifications for it. Sooner or later these types of individuals are going to be bad for busniess."

"By far the best company I’ve dealt with far as professionalism and the delivery guys were over the top today, it was two young men but I forgot their names, I watched them handle my things with care, they were very prompt time wise, also displayed southern hospitality and that’s been missing lately in the south! Highly recommend this location to anyone who wants something done and done right. I was in and out when I picked out the furniture I needed for my home. Whatever you guys are doing, keep doing it!"
