"Times have really changed since 2021! With staffing and supply issues almost all fast food restaurants have suffered. I always use the drive-thru and sometimes you have to wait several minutes before they even acknowledge that you are there... Often they are out of what I want to order, but when I do order, it is usually correct at time of delivery thru the window. When they get their fries are fresh, they are the best..."

"Every time I come to this Wendy’s there’s an issue no matter what time of the day it is . It never fails for them to be out or something or just have a bunch of workers who had the attitude of they don’t won’t to be at work that day. My last visit will be my VERY LAST I will never come back to this Wendy’s on Goodman. If you want better quality food and service please go to the one off Church rd.I’ve never had an issue there and their environment and establishment is definitely more kind and CLEAN."

"Low scores due to unprofessional employees, they didn’t seem to care if we were there or not. Food wasn’t ready until I went back to the counter to remind them we hadn’t gotten the food yet. Part of the order was still wrong. Most of the fountain drinks were not available. Bathroom paper towel holder was out of towels. It’s unfortunate that this type of service has begun to be the normal in this area, sad for sure."

"This location and service I am rating a low score due to the professionalism of the staff and timeliness of receiving my food. The staff was playing, laughing and running around while I was at the window to receive my food. Then once I paid I was asked to back backwards and then once they came back to the window they then told me to pull forward. When asked why did I need to pull backwards I was told because my food wasn't ready. Makes no sense to me why I was instructed to do that but they really need real management there who takes proud in their job to make sure the business is being ran properly"
