"Pizza was old and it was not even dressed the way I ordered it.Seems like a toddler made my pizza and my potatoes were so old the cheese and sour cream couldn’t cover the old taste the rest were too hard to even bite. Just wasted my last $20 and can’t even eat the food"

"The employee working the window tonight ( Tuesday December 19 2023 at 1:20 AM) is amazing! They absolutely made my week. They were so close to closing time but still had a kind, professional, positive attitude and were so accommodating even though the establishment had ran out of many things by that point. One of the best experiences and best dinners I’ve had in a while. Acts of kindness make a huge impact and not everybody realizes this or lives by this truth, but the employee at the window surely does. Also whoever prepared the food, which I’m pretty sure the employee at the window assisted with because they had to leave the window to walk back to the line. I pray they are blessed and have a Merry Christmas because I really needed this tonight/early morning (about 1:20 AM) and it was so refreshing to be treated so kindly even when they were close to closing time. 5 stars all around!!!!! Wish I knew the employee’s name. I have been there before while they were working and it is always a great experience. I will most definitely be back and will catch the name of the employee next time so that I can give adequate appreciate and hopefully see if there is a survey I can fill out so that they’ll get the credit and acknowledgment they deserve. Thank you so much!!! Best Taco Bell with the best crew in the area AND surrounding areas!"

"The workers here are so rude. I was told to pull around because I was taking too long looking at the menu. There was no one behind me, I was the only person at the Taco Bell at the time. She said I was making their time bad. They are always out of lettuce and tomatoes. Just terrible service and they always leave something out of my order. I wouldn't even give them 1 star if I didn't have to."

"Drive thru staff sounded annoyed we had the audacity to bother them by ordering food, dropped a straw on ground and couldn't be bothered to replace it, didnt give us one drink at all and the other one was completely wrong, half the order was wrong, and the half that was "right" was made so poorly we just threw it away. Didn't seem worth our time to try to get anything worth eating out of that establishment."

"Food here is almost always very sloppy and rarely the way I ordered it. Including some pictures of the last few Mexican pizzas I've gotten. Usually have to pull forward and wait a long time."
