"Today I decided to stop in to the Burger King on South highland across the street from the courthouse. I try to be as genuinely sweet and kind as I can be especially to fast food workers because their jobs are not easy. The experience that I had at this Burger King today has caused me to lose my love for the Burger King franchise. The service was horrible. I was talked to like a dog. They would not explain things to me. Simple things like why I waited in line for almost 20 minutes only to get an old piece of chicken on a bun with wilted brown lettuce and I paid $10.69 for the meal. The chicken fries were cold. The french fries were cold. The burger had also wilted lettuce and rotten tomatoes on it. I just don't understand how you can serve food that you would not eat yourself. $36 is what I spent on that meal. It was a hassle going in and a hassle coming out and I feel that people really need to look into the management over this Burger King. The way they are treating people is absolutely horrific. They should be ashamed. NO CLASS!!!!"
