"My wife shops here and orders clothes online as well and these folks screw up every single order we make and then we have drive back up constantly which is far from where we live so it’s very inconvenient and they have even lost clothes that my wife purchased and was having to have them altered so they would fit. We have problems every single time no matter what. You folks need to work harder on your service and also it would be nice if they would answer the phone as well instead of me having to call 5 times before someone finally decides to pick up the phone.
