"Terrible customer service experience. Walked in and employee couldn’t be bothered to greet. When I asked question regarding picking up online order she acted annoyed. And I was expected to wait in long register line to pick up online order. How does that make sense?"
"The worse customer service, I got two of these t-shirts and when I went to pay at the register they gave me a hard time trying to figure out the promotion, and then they decide that the t-shirts have to be the SAME EXAXT STYLE (who would buy that and where does it say that?) and after all the arguing they insisted for me to pay full price for each! I left the store and left all the merchandise that I was going to buy and left! They lost a customer just because of $3.99 ! Pathetic!"
