"Soft tacos are always soggy, at time the soft shell are hard around the end. Drinks are bad only one drink customers can get. Drive thru omg they take an order then you hold, then you pay, then you pull back to keep timer down wait then you pull up again. At this rate food should discounted. Managers have attitudes when bringing the order back if it's wrong. I mean the damn Frayser location needs a team that's clean and friendly, at least open the inside during rush hour. Your closed most of the day and the ring orders up front to make it seems as if you're open. This is the saddest restaurant by far. I go at times just because my kids like the freezes when it works."
"While the town gets a bad rap, the people and food at this location are doing a great job. Always very friendly, and I've yet to have an order made incorrectly."
