"My truck was taken here by my father because it was on flat. They changed the tire after having a 15 minute conversation about the kind of tire to put on it they didn’t even have it in stock so I forced to get a cheap tire. My truck was brought home only to be on flat AGAIN. I took the truck back and they determined the rim was cracked. I then filed an insurance claim which covered the damage to the rim and tire. I asked the associate at discount tire if I could go ahead and pay for the rim so they could order it and maybe get the job done faster instead of waiting for my insurance as I needed my truck. The associate SPECIFICALLY said it would be better to wait on the insurance company. So I got the estimate the Farm Bureau sent a check endorsed to myself and Discount Tire. My truck was repaired I went to pick it up and they REFUSED my Farm Bureau Insurance Check!! Make it make since. The associate signed it and told me to TAKE IT TO MY BANK!!! It what world is this the process!?!? They even called their bank which is Regions and the clerk said just make sure I endorse it and it would be fine. But that wasn’t good enough. I had to pay $1500 out of my pocket and call my insurance company to explain the situation to be issued another check after proving the service has been completed and paid. I WILL NEVER RETURN these people are amateurs."

Ordered tires and wheels online, they called promptly to help fix a error with my order, then when tires arrived they called to let me know one of them was damaged, rescheduled me for next day... installation went well, but unfortunately after a few weeks, we were not happy with the ride of the tires, went back up there, and they helped us pick some tires that were better for our situation. Went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase and their service."
