"Food service was terrible for the price. Recieved under cooked fish took an act of God to get it fixed 4 days later then staff was so mad would only allow me another fish sandwich I couldn't swap to another meal. Rude as he'll."

"My wife & I decided to try this spot out while spending time at the Horseshoe Casino this weekend. First off they had a sign on the wall stating they charge 200 Caesars Rewards Credits for every dollar you use with your Caesars Rewards credit to purchase your food. When I paid for my food; the cashier told me they do not accept Caesars Rewards Credits at all for payment. That’s odd seeing as YOUR ESTABLISHMENT is located inside of a Caesars property and normally your allowed to use your Caesars Rewards card to gain points and use points while staying at their property!!! The food we ordered was not that great. My wife got a Chili Hot Dog and it was served on a hoagie bun which was too much bread with this lousy chili that looked like it came out of a can. My Catfish Filet sandwich meal wasn’t any better. You would think being here in Mississippi the catfish would be on point but it wasn’t. Waste of $38 for that meal."

"Staff is not happy. I have no clue why the people in this town are so miserable-it seems to be most of them. Chicken fingers and fries were great but expensive. At least the food was hot and fresh."
