"Customer service is terrible..the young lady Waited on me the other day was on her ear piece talking to her man, the whole time she waited on me she did not give me eye contact not one time..I could have been Donald trump or Beyoncé and she would have not noticed. Since the ladies that work at location years ago I guest they left but this one sister they don’t have to worry about coming back. They need go to etiquette training with nasty attitudes"

"The customer service at the Horn Lake, MS Cato is horrible. the store manager there she is very rude, unpleasant; she does not know how to treat or talk to customers. She acts as if you are bothering her when you ask a question. I will not be going to that location anymore; the Stateline store will be getting my business from this day forward and I will tell my friends and family not to continue business with that store. I will be contacting Cato's corporate office about the matter. I am so over the disrespect with these unprofessional people that seems to believe I just have to accept it. No, I do not!!!!!!!"
