"Don't buy the uniform pants. The threading is old and brittle. Each pair I bought my kids, seams have to be restitched once washed. I will be going to JCPenny from now on for real quality. The shirts you have to buy bc they are in contract with the schools."

"I hate to give bad reviews but in this case it's warranted. My daughter's school has partnered with this store to get their customized uniforms. Now mind you this is not the first year we've had to shop here seeing that she's a senior this year and has went to this school since being a freshman. But this year has caused me to leave this review, we went and shopped as usual, now I'm expecting a frenzy because everyone's last minute shopping including me due to reasons beyond my control but the customer service sucked, lack of communication, and overall getting people out of there quickly sucked. One line barely moved so I sent my daughter to stand I the other one, once it's our turn I'm all bubbly and the young man at checkout acts if he doesn't wanna be there. I handed him her shirts so they wouldn't get dirty and the first thing he does is lay them on the dirty counter, that was the reason I handed them to you sir!! He didn't greet us, ask us if we found everything ok, looking besides that I hold my hand out for my receipt once we've paid and say thank you but he pushes the receipt in the bag and says nothing. I felt that was so rude and I told him so, I said you guys customer service here is terrible and your lack of manners are too. Needless to say they won't receive another penny of my hard earned money. I hate that the school partnered with them and hope that no one else experiences such terrible service."

"I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I went shopping with my daughter here this morning to get school uniforms. She's going to first grade, and I knew this store is known for their selection. There were very nice young attendants around to help, who were very attentive btw. The place was clean. It wasn't crowded. Nothing seemed overpriced, most things were labeled clearly. It was a quick & easy shopping experience. Highly recommend."
