"The soda machine doesn't look like it ever gets cleaned. It's the first thing a customer goes to after ordering food, it's not exactly appetizing to put a cup up to a dirty machine. It needs to be checked a lot more often by staff. The food was okay. The healthy bowls were way over seasoned, and we could not eat half before it was just too overpowering and no longer able to eat it. The cheesesteak sandwiches and fries were really good. The kids loved them. The Korean BBQ is very spicy but good if it wasn't so over seasoned."

"Nestled in a little shop front about twenty feet wide and off the path from the interstate is this food diner which serves an excellent steak or chicken composition for your taste buds. What a treat awaits every visiting patron. When we entered, I noticed the staff put on fresh gloves and went to their stations. One of the staff greeted us and took our order as the others began preparing the sandwiches we ordered. A very polite staff treat every visitor with courtesy and each other with respect. As I finished our purchase and we retrieved our Cokes at the refill station, I noticed the care they were taking with our food order. The staff went straight to work at the grill, at the fry station and at the trimmings station for the final toppings on the sandwiches. The care and precision with which they went to work was a smooth process which was practiced and perfected by the staff. We sat where we could observe our meals being prepared behind the glass at the grill. The grill was sizzling as our sandwiches were prepared before our very eyes. The bun was toasted on the grill beside our sandwich fixings. The aroma was delightful. When the sandwiches were completed, the staff delivered them to us. The presentation of the meal was as impressive as the food preparation itself. The beauty was only superceded by the aroma and taste which followed eat savory bite. The staff was busy between orders preparing the supplies to replenish the sandwich fixin's. They remained alert and paid attention to the visitors entering the restaurant. "Welcome to Steak Escape," was the greeting everyone received. I observed a man and his young son come in to place a qtake out order. They waited as their food was prepared with the same diligence. Our meals finished, we were each full and could eat no more. Such a wonderful evening with my boys and I got to share a good evening with your staff in Jackson, TN. Thank you for the good food, for a clean atmosphere and a clean environment to enjoy our evening together.
