"Service is better, the cashier has trouble ringing up my mobile order... The manger fixed it quickly as I was getting frustrated with the lack of knowledge but a happy ending was accomplished and good was great"

"They are the worst in the entire US. I made an order through the app and paid for the combo chicken wrap and I paid for potatoes with cheese. I waited for 30 minutes even though there were no customers in the store. When I asked when my order would be delivered, they seemed to have fallen from Mars, and they didn't even have it ready. In the end, after 45 minutes of waiting, I got NO baked potatoes because they don't have them, for which I already paid almost $5 in advance. Of course that money was NOT returned to me. All in all a terrible experience, uninterested, unprofessional and not very hygienic workers, in the end I waited 45 minutes and was short on money. Disaster, I do NOT recommend!"

"I will say that my opinion of all the local Wendy's has not been great for the last several years, so I was PLEASANTLY surprised by this visit! I was able to order and enjoy my chicken-apple-pean salad and the place was clean with good service. Thanks!"

"We waited in line for an hour plus to get a doordash order and had someone waiting at the speaker to place an order for that time and no one answered until about an hour was up. I hate to be rude on any reviews but this was absolutely ridiculous. Just minutes before we pulled up people were going in and out quickly and suddenly the flow stopped. This is not only bad for the business of Wendy’s itself, but for others who are getting money for delivering these orders as well. Again, I hate to be rude but I feel as if this is unacceptable."

"Not a 5-star restaurant, but for sure a 5-star Wendy's. I got the triple baconator with a lettuce wrap. The cook was confused, so he actually came out to me 2 times to make sure he was making the right thing before I drove away with something wrong. Great food and even greater customer service!"
