"I knew the hot sign wasn't on but I've had regular temperature Krispy Kreme that was still soft and fresh. I just paid $15 for some doughnuts that seem 2 days old and I don't even feel like arguing with these Memphis people about my money back because our aggression towards each other doesn't equal from others that have done way worse in history. Everything in this city is terrible..If you have a business here it won't last more than 2 years"

"Caught the light on and purchased a Hot dozen glazed. The cashier was unsure of the different coffees served. Needs a light cleaning that I can see but ll and all the visit wasn’t terrible. The doughnuts were delicious"

"How this location has 4 stars is beyond me. I visited in July for the patriotic specialty donuts. The employees just looked at me as I waited. Finally a woman offered to take my order. As I began ordering my (1 dozen) donuts she got angry and said I needed to leave some for other people, she was the only baker there. I left upset. Yesterday I returned, thinking last time was just a bad day. I wanted to grab the Thanksgiving specialty donuts. I arrived at 7:30 am (hours say 6 am-10 pm. I parked, unloaded my 2 kids, only to meet locked doors while the employees stood there staring at me. I guess I just have donut cravings at bad times, when "customer service" employees don't feel like "helping paying customers." It's cool, we went to Dunkin and truly enjoyed our customer service employee there and had a lovely conversation and a few laughs with her. Happy Holidays!"

"First time stopping at this location drive thru experience was quick and conveniently located off the bypass. Donuts were smaller and thinner than usual but were warm and freshly baked."

"Much better service than last time I was here. Place was nice and clean and there were plenty of fresh donut options. Had to come grab some of the Thanksgiving releases, Top priority being the Orange Cranberry. They are fantastic! Coffee tasted a little burnt, but the bitterness actually complimented the sweetness of the donuts."
