"First time visit...heard great things on my newsreel for being rated in top 10 restaurants in jackson, Tennessee. I say they are absolutely correct. I tried burrito supreme and a meal with octopus, shrimp tomatoes and sauce. Very good...margaritas are good...the salt ring definitely a new twist. Try them when in town. I will and I'm bringing company..!!"

"The staff were quick and friendly. They checked in on us often for refills and to ask if we were OK. I got the usual, chicken cheese and rice but she had takos de birrea. They are only offered on the weekends. The cheese dip was amazing and the red sauce wasn't over seasoned with cilantro. The chips were crispy, fresh and thin. Perfect in my opinion. I have all good things to say and our 1st time here was awesome. Highly recommend."

"Absolutely loved Takos Borukas! Went on a Saturday night at prime time and only had a 15 min wait. Had food ordered and on the table in another 15 mins. Food was excellent and more than either of us could eat. I had the Molkajete Mexikano and wife had the shrimp tacos. Will be making this a regular for dinner dates."

"I had the taco combo with al pastor and buche. The buche taco was perfectly rendered and so good. My first time having one and totally on point. The milanesa that my bf had was crispy and awesome, too. I like the tomato they add to the beans! Nice little change up."

"Absolutely some of the best Mexican food we’ve ever had. Salsa was absolutely delicious and the chips were warm. We ordered the cheese dip. I got the Rob Salad and spouse got Burrito Supremo. Meat in the burrito was absolutely incredible. My salad was chopped and the ingredients were so fresh. The portions were quite generous. . We were passing through at lunch time and my sister recommended. They eat there regularly. If I lived in Jackson it would be a must at least once a week. The staff was lovely and the service could not have been better. The place was packed. We got one of the last available tables. Whether you’re a local or just passing through I highly recommend."
