"Have taken my cars here for close to 15 years. Work is quality, information is up-front and they are straight shooters. Prices are competitive, but because they do such good work the wait times are always high. Plan to drop off in the morning at 7:30am and just wait for the call to pick up. If you need services faster or plan to stick around and wait, visit the King Tire location at 106 Airways Blvd."

"King Tire replaced a damaged tire for me but charged me for 4 tires. They acknowledged their mistake over the phone but they have not reimbursed my card for the overcharge. They knew I was traveling through Tennessee and would not have recourse Beware of King Tire travelers"

"We blew a tire on I-40. Watched it roll down the road. We went to another dealer and they couldn’t help us but recommend these guys and called them to make sure they had the tire we needed. These guys went above and beyond to help us. We have 4 new tires because I decided to get them all the way around for peace of mind. Thank you for your kindness 5 stars from us"

"I used to love doing business here. However, their customer service has drastically declined. I recently purchased a set of tires for my wife's vehicle this past August. Now we are in need of a new set due to the way the tires have worn. We I can have a oil change and tires rotated I have always expected to be advised if an alignment is needed(vehicle was aligned with new tires). I will say that the owner is going to work with me on the new set and I appreciate that. Today I have spent 4 hours of a Saturday morning waiting for an oil change and tire rotation after being quoted a 2 hour wait. After 2 hours I asked them where stood and I was next up to go back with a 1 hour wait. I then returned after an hour waiting and I was still next to go back and they said it would be done before they go home. They close at 12. Needless to say I will be looking to go elsewhere, even it does mean paying for a rotation. I'm old school business, as my grandad ran a successful lumber company for decades, while keeping his business away from the big box stores away."
