"Have taken my cars here for close to 15 years. Work is quality, information is up-front and they are straight shooters. Prices are competitive, but because they do such good work the wait times are always high. Plan to drop off in the morning at 7:30am and just wait for the call to pick up. "King Tire replaced a damaged tire for me but charged me for 4 tires. They acknowledged their mistake over the phone but they have not reimbursed my card for the overcharge. They knew I was traveling through Tennessee and would not have recourse Beware of King Tire travelers"

"I used to love doing business here. However, their customer service has drastically declined. I recently purchased a set of tires for my wife's vehicle this past August. Now we are in need of a new set due to the way the tires have worn. We I can have a oil change and tires rotated I have always expected to be advised if an alignment is needed(vehicle was aligned with new tires). I will say that the owner is going to work with me on the new set and I appreciate that. Today I have spent 4 hours of a Saturday morning waiting for an oil change and tire rotation after being quoted a 2 hour wait. After 2 hours I asked them where stood and I was next up to go back with a 1 hour wait. I then returned after an hour waiting and I was still next to go back and they said it would be done before they go home. They close at 12. Needless to say I will be looking to go elsewhere, even it does mean paying for a rotation. I'm old school business, as my grandad ran a successful lumber company for decades, while keeping his business away from the big box stores away."
