"I ordered a pizza to get delivered… portions of my pizza didn’t have toppings.. it’s just bread not even bread with sauce.. it’s impossible that whoever made and cut this pizza didn’t see this huge dry empty portion … the delivery guy was nice… but this place is beyond sorry… first and last time ordering from them"

"I have two stars for quick resolution of the issue after complaining Ordered two pizzas. Both were underdone. One was extremely raw. With uncooked stretchy raw dough. The local store immediately offered a replacement which I appreciate but overall this was a disappointing experience. There’s also a hair in the pizza. Didn’t see it until I started looking at this picture. Glad I didn’t eat it."

"Maybe Papa John should keep an eye on this place. Lots of young ones having way too much fun and not enough work. Saw others complain about delivery time and kids acting like call the manager next week when they are here."

"Bad experience that just kept getting worse. This location has been going down hill in quality and service for a while now, but after tonight i will find a different place. Ordered a couple of pizzas and a soda and after 2 hours i had to call them to see where it was. Put on hold. 10 minutes goes by, and i hang up. Called back and young guy answered said they were busy but door dash just picked up the order. An hour later still havent received food, i called back and was put on hold again by an older guy this time and was on hold 15 mins before hanging up and calling back. Someone picked up then hung up on me. Called back again young man from earlier answers and said that they already canceled my order and were sending free pizza my way. I told him to not bother i would refuse it since we already ate by then being more that 3 hours later. 30 mins later a driver shows up with 2 free pizzas that i didnt accept, partially because it wasnt the whole order, and it was 3 1/2 hours later. Too many options for pizza around to be treated like that by Papajohns."

"We use to order from here about twice a month and they were very fast. They have since gone way down hill. I suggest you going elsewhere. They marked our food as delivered and never delivered it after waiting over 2 hours. They also kept us on hold for 20 minutes when we tried calling about it. Worst experience and customer service. Would have been okay if they would have communicated but they did not. Very very poor experience."
