"This is by far the most unprofessional bridal shop that I have been to in my 55 years !! They did not have a mother of the bride dress in my size and color at the shop so they proceeded to sell me one that they pulled up on their computer so that they wouldn’t lose the sale. However when the dress came in it was the rose color that we wanted but the sequins were bright purple which made the dress hideous!! When I told them that I did not want the dress I was told that there were no refunds. After much debate they did order me another dress but did not tell me they were charging me another $100 on top of the $300 I already spent. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy."

"the best prom dress shop ever! i have gotten to know the hamilton family through the st. jude LCF show fundraiser they host every year, and they each genuinely have a HEART OF GOLD. not only are they the sweetest family ever, the shop is beautiful and carries the most gorg dresses! jenna and lauren pulled so many dresses, and accommodated me with exactly what i wanted! i love my best friend jenna, and i 100% recommend!!"
