"Manager Katie shows no empathy or takes responsibility for an order "clearly gone wrong"!! I asked for a refund because I was overcharged and Katie's assistant came out and asked for my address so that she could send me a gift certificate. Jessica, exudes professionalism, empathy, and exceptional customer service skills. I spoke with the manager, KATIE before I drove to Sonic. She did not have the decency to come speak with me as I was standing in the cold waiting to speak with her. I started coming to Sonic a month ago because of Reba McIntyre. She made the tater tots sound heavenly (which they are if hot)!! Obviously, this eatery does not give refunds. I did not pay with a gift certificate ☹️!!!"

"Idk how the screen showed the correct order but when the car hopper came out, order was wrong and had to add the correct item and charged more.. watch out"

"The staff here is always so nice. The food, though. What is going on in there? It's just .. like not ever freshly prepared? Overcooked, perhaps? They are prompt. Orders are correct. The place is relatively clean. And then you get to the food part and it's consistently a disappointment."

"It took an hour to get them to bring our food out to us after we placed our order online. We were at an away game and still had an hour drive to get home and it was approximately 8pm when we placed the order sitting in a stall. We would have had to wait longer had we not hit the call button several times. Sadly it took them 20 minutes to answer our red button and they weren't even busy. The first order they brought out wasn't even our order, then they brought out our food one piece at a time so by the time we got all of our food and drinks neither was good and we had done been sitting over an hour there. And the milkshake was runny. I've never seen such terrible service it was my worst fast food experience ever. And I have worked as a customer service rep for a fast food joint. I will still eat at Sonic in our hometown but will definitely not visit this one ever again."
