"Went in to Electronic Express in Jackson TN shopping for a gaming monitor. When I found the one I wanted the salesman told me he could only sell me the display model. I asked the return policy for it since I was concerned about it being used, and he told me 7 days. I go to return the item within those 7 days and I am told I cannot return it without a box because “this ain’t Best Buy” and they already put another one on display. So I am forced to keep a monitor I do not want even though I asked about the return policy and was within the guidelines. The salespeople will lie to you in order to close a sale, they are commission based"
