"So I placed an order on the mobile app like usual, then went to the drive thru. The person said go to the first window, but I'd done that a million times before at my normal McDonald's, and it was just to get a receipt, which I didn't need. My order was already paid for. So I just went to the second window. A moment later, the cashier came and threw open the window and YELLED "I told you to go to the first window! You drove straight past me!" Then shoved the receipt at me, muttered something about stupid white people, then slammed the window again. I don't know what her deal was, but I won't be going back there..."
"This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was at the drive thru and ask if they had a sandwich and the worker cut the mic off and did not respond. I waited for 3 minutes and the worker never said anything. If I could give zero stars I would. If you looking for good customer service, don't go here because you want get it."
"The team in that store work hard and great! I’ve been going for years and every time I’m never let down, late for a lunch break, or leave with an unhappy family. I love this McDonald’s location and prefer it over the rest!"
"Great breakfast experience. The place was nice, clean and well organized and using the app(which also saves a good bit of money. Ordered on the way there, picked a table and was served literally as fast as I could get settled in, Exactly how that is supposed to work. The server was fast and friendly and the food was made to borderline perfection."
