"I’ve never heard of this place. I happen to look online in the morning because I knew I’d be in this area around lunchtime. I am a route driver from Memphis Tennessee and I stumbled across this little Jem. online had great reviews so I’m like it’s worth the shot. Well worth it to me best fried pork chops I’ve had in a long time that’s why I always like these little mom and pop chops. Prices are awesome better than going to a fast food chain for $10 and some change I walked out of there my belly full that included my drink and a slice of that pie along with two pork chops, mashed potatoes, macaroni and corn. All in one can’t beat it when I’m back in the area again I’m definitely gonna stop in again really like check out the breakfast next time. Keep up the good work."

"I came home the weekend of Labor Day for my family reunion, and on Sunday we stopped in at Rachel's Diner for brunch before some of the family headed back to various destinations. We enjoyed the down home cooking from the buffet and the desserts was delicious. Our waitress was very polite and attentive to our needs. I enjoy coming here whenever I'm in town, wether it's with my dad or my friends, this is the spot for a good meal at a reasonable price."

"Great spot to grab more than you can! We happen to be there on a Thursday which is fried pork chops. Very tasty. All the food was very delicious. The wait staff was pleasant. This is a must stop place if you are in Humboldt area."
