"They were sent work order by whirlpool to service my refrigerator (under warranty) that stopped cooling, called and left message asking about schedule time and after no response for 2 days I called and a guy told me they had rejected to work on it because they couldn't fix the the problem. Never called me, email or anything, just blamed whirlpool for not contacting me. Thought that was pretty sorry for a outfit that represents customer service. "NEVER CALL THESE PEOPLE FOR ANYTHING"!!!"

I had Bill's Appliance in Jackson work on my brand new dryer, after 109 days of not fixed "they said part was on national back order" I called my local Humboldt Appliance , they ordered the part and within 5 day my dryer is fixed and working. I should have started here. I am new to the area and will from this day on, take all my appliances issues here! Thank you so much."

"Called these guys to have fridge fixed. Took almost 2 weeks for them to show, when they did were at the house a whole 2 min and didn’t fix anything and charged 75$ + tax. Plus tax. Needless to say waited 2 weeks to be charged 80$ that could have been us to buy a new fridge. STAY AWAY backwoods crooks.."
