Reviews of KFC
"Unprofessional service on 2/4/24. The server asked to donate to charity at order and then asked what the charity was for at the window. They all acted clueless and gave an attitude when I wanted an answer. Please keep this my experience in mind if you're visiting from out of town. Take it from me: don't "donate to 'charity'" if the staff ain't willing to be professional, let alone respectful."
"First, I'm a big customer service person. Pull up to drive through and hear "KFC". Didn't say anything for a cool 30-45 seconds and she then gave the correct greeting. Ordered my meal, a #7 and asked for honey mustard sauce. Get to the window, get my food(always check my order), and lo and behold...had 1 KFC sauce. Tap the window and state I need napkins and I didn't ask for KFC sauce, I asked for honey mustard sauce. She gives me one sauce and I ask her with a 5 piece tender, would she sat all 5 with one sauce? I give her the KFC sauce back and she hands me 2 HM sauces."
"I went in the restaurant at 830pm. They close at 10pm I ordered bone in chicken. The cashier checked with the cooks and he told me they were not cooking anymore chicken. They had already started cleaning for the night. I get it if you want to leave early. Please turn your light OFF so folks dont stop by."
"I am am over the road trucker who drove 10 hours without eating and was able to find this location to park and be able to get a little dinner before getting some well needed sleep. As I parked and “ran” to the door 25 minutes before 10pm (their closing time), I was spotted by a young man mopping the lobby. As he noticed me walk to the door, he quickly darted behind a wall while I could still see him standing holding his mop as he waited for me to go away. I begin knocking and he simply just looked at me and shrugged his shoulders smirking. This ladies and gentleman is what is wrong with our country and youth."
"How do I begin... Well, first of all, the service was second to none.... By that, I mean to say that none would have likely been better. The person taking my order at the front counter began reading back the order for a drive thru customer in the middle of me ordering. The soda machines in the dining area were nearly unusable due to the mix being off so much.... Almost nothing but carbonated water coming out. The tea was so light it was basically water. Then we received our food.... I would love to say that our problems ended there, but I can't. My youngest child ordered Mac and cheese that came with a bonus hair and when I went up to get another, the person there gave me another with green beans that had fallen in it and said the first one probly was that as well since they are right next to each other. Honestly, I can tell the difference between a green bean and a black hair. Aside from that, we didn't get our dipping sauces with our order, and when I went up to get them the person told me that they normally charge for extra sauces and I had to explain that I hadn't gotten my original sauces. Overall, this was an unfortunate stop on an otherwise pleasant road trip. That being said, if I pass by this way again, I will certainly pass right by this KFC."
