"I’ve literally never left a review on here before but I’m actually appalled at this point. The past 3 times I’ve ordered from here it’s been a complete waste of money. I’ve been given cold, basically untoasted quesadillas soaked in cold sauce all 3 times. Honestly really sucks because this one used to be okay."

There always seems to be some issue here, “out of ice”, “only taking cash”, “only giving exact change”, etc. This is not to mention the OUTRAGEOUS amount of times both I and my family have been here where our orders were wrongly made, or flat out missing MULTIPLE items. This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever encountered. Save yourself time, money, frustration, and downright disappointment and just go to Covington"

"The food was amazing fresh and good. Zero problems there. But sadly my order was wrong it wasn’t called back to me and didn’t notice until I was away that it was wrong. Will still return though"

"I'm not someone who leaves reviews because I know that accidents and mistakes happen, however I'm so tired of this Taco Bell, orders are almost always wrong, the entire time that the dipping tacos were out I wasn't able to try them because "they were always out of them", they always seem to be out of something, when we go it's always one thing or another, "we can only take card" or "we can only take exact change" " we're out of ice" etc. there have been other times where they say " before you order we are only making tacos" the staff are always rude no matter how respectful you are to them, it's unacceptable and when people spend their hard earned money to go out to eat it shouldn't feel like a chore to do so. Update: I went again roughly two weeks later, food wrong again. Photos provided this time."
