"The flavor never changes. I can see why it works, but I'm tired of the same menu. However, they are consistent move faster than any other fast food joint in Oakland. Sonic takes the blue ribbon then McDonald's and Burger King tie for second. KFC/Taco Bell didn't qualify. Wendy's, honorable mention."
"I had my sons birthday here last weekend and it was great. The staff was so welcoming and sweet. The manager went above and beyond to make it a good experience. This is my favorite McDonald's. The food is always fresh and the bathrooms are always clean. Definitely recommend."
"McDonalds drive-thru is a love hate thing. Ordered a customized burger all the extras where delivered but basic catchup was missing. Leaving it less than great. But got a free diet coke. Didn't order one and even asked the lady is that for Nick she said yes. But wasn't on the receipt so got a good positive thing and a negative. Overall it balances out."
"Although the menu is the same everywhere, not all Micky D's are the same. This location did everything right. Fast service, hot food, and the shake machine was not out of order. To top it off, the fries were just as magical today as they were in my youth. I'm sure everyone can relate to that last statement as most McDonald's today serve fries that seem to be similar to salted shredded cardboard. The restaurant was clean including the Mc Pottys. The playground was open and very clean with absolutely 0% evidence of cleaning neglect (another miracle when compared to most other Mc Nasty playgrounds). My son kept coming up to me to tell me how much he loved the playground. Hands down, this location is superior by a long distance to any location I have been to in the past several years. Thanks owners and crew of Oakland, Tennessee McDonald's, your pride in your efforts shines through your product and customer satisfaction!"
