"I went to this location today around 3:30pm. The young lady took my order in the drive-thru. I gave her my card for my payment. She never asked what type of sauce I wanted, so before she closed the window. I said I would like vinegar and tartar sauce. She gave me my food. I said,thank you, have a nice day. She barely opened her mouth and didn't say thank you, have a good day. Nothing. She said ummm. As you can see I can't spell what she said. We as black people have to do better in customer service, especially if you plan on getting somewhere in life. Some additional training need to be had or if you don't like your job, go somewhere else. Maybe find out who trains Chick-fil-A and learn from them . I work in customer service as well. This type of service would never be tolerated"

"I work near them at one of the Hotels ,I go there at least 3 or 4 times a week for the giant fish sandwich and everyone are always professional and polite,never takes too long for food to get to me. Great people, food and place."
