"I first went to the one in Manila for an oil change. When I went to pay, it was 70 something dollars for what I thought was a simple oil change, but they actually used some different type of oil that gave me an extra 3,000 miles or so. While the extra mileage is nice, it costs more, and that should have been told to me. My second experience was at the Blytheville store. I had been in contact with the store manager about putting on a front suspension kit. I had already bought the kit, so it was just labor and an alignment I was getting done. I asked how long it would take and the cost to get it done. The manager told me that without looking at the car, they could probably get it all done with $400 or so, and in 3-4 hours. I made the appt with him thru Facebook messenger, but I called the store the day before, and I was never even put down on the calendar. So, the manager did not communicate our conversation to the mechanics who would be working on it. Good thing they just jotted me down, and I was still able to get in. I take my car up there, leave, and maybe 30 minutes later I got a call from them saying it would take 5 hours or so, and their alignments started at $99, but mine would potentially need one for $126. And told me all together it would cost over $700 to do everything. Make that make sense."

They also went out of their way to let me pick up my car over the weekend outside of their operating hours. Extremely friendly and helpful family business that you can’t go wrong with!"
