"Was from out of town and wanted some wings. What better place than BWW. Called in the order, was on hold 5 mins. Made the order, easy. Was told 20-25 mins. Showed up at 30 mins, no one at the front desk for at least 10 mins. People had come in and left because there was no greeter. Finally they come out hand some to go food. Then I paid 45 dollars with a 5 dollar tip for 30 wings. Should have rethought those wing flavors. Sauce sauce(nope), Garlic Parm(nope), Bourbon BBQ(maybe). Now I know why people just stick to buffalo sauce. Either way wasn’t the worst, they could do better. Get a dedicated to go person in today’s busy door dash world."

"I came here to get a take out order. I had to wait 45 minutes for to-go. Two people who were dining in got their food before me despite ordering 15 minutes after I did. I waited 20 minutes for my soda. Then when I did get my food, I had to go back because I got one lousy tiny ranch cup for 15 wings, carrots and celery. When she came back I had to ask for for a re-fill, which she re-filled with the wrong drink. Then when I asked for more celery because I just got 4 little pieces and I know i'm supposed to get more, the lady asked me if I wanted one single additional piece. Seriously? Not coming back. And I was in uniform and told them that I was in a rush and on my lunch break."

"Waitress was very pleasant but didn't see about us for long periods of time. Food was actually good chicken was not gummy like usual. Temp of food was Luke warm. I'm sure because waitress let it sit a long time before she brought it."

"Drinks were great. Service started great. I was told my food would be a minute due to all flat wings. Cool. My fries came out first. I stated I would like my fries with my wings. Do the bartender took them back. When my wings came 10 minutes later they tried to serve me the same fries.WDH. Like why would you not give me fresh fries. The service went downhill from there because I refused to eat cold fries."

"Food, amazing. Service, again amazing!! They had a problem seating a family of 6 at 1st. No one wanted to serve us so we had to wait 30 min for another server to come in an get her station ready to serve us.... that was the ONLY downside. Everything after that was amazing"
