"I was given a gift from Christmas by a family member out of state. The location on Parker Avenue in Jonesboro, Arkansas would not do a refund with the receipt, put the money on a gift card, or do an exchange. They said holiday returns are only until January 25th regardless of any of the situations. Came from out of state and didn't get one cup of coffee out of this coffee maker. It was sold defective and they did not care. The manager was extremely rude, his name is Dillion. And the original guy was standing off to the side laughing. His name was Marlon. In fact, the customer service manager Even said that they don't do exchanges in the last 2 years. I know this is false."

"I have been going here for years and always had good experiences but today they absolutely made my day. I was having a terrible day yesterday and stopped by to get a few things. This morning I realized that I had misplaced my wallet. Went in today and not only did they have it waiting for me but they were so wonderful. The people here are such wonderful people."

"I can never seem to find anyone to ever let me into the fitting rooms. I have long since stopped buying my clothes at walmart. At this point you might as well just take out the fitting room section and maybe we won't have to be so cramped in the aisles. This isn't only a problem for walmart on parker but just walmart in general."

"Night before snowstorm & we stop in @ 15 till 11 to grab a couple of things. I haven't ever went in a store that every couple of minutes I was being told what time it was. Oh and it was by the workers not the intercoms. Not only that ,but even when I went towards the front to check out & remembered we needed coffee, I left my buggy of a few things (gloves,milk and toaster strudel)and went to grab a can of coffee and was stared down with evil looks and caught heck about it. If I can help it I will not go back to that store on parker road. I was very disappointed in their attitudes and just all around rude. And to top it all off , it was my birthday and what a way to end the day but Like that."

"Took Back HOSE Bought By A Friend (Who Never Keep Receipts) From Parker Rd. Walmart. My Doctors Said It Was The Wrong Items For Me, Was Told I Could Not Get Even A "Merchandise Credit" Further Stated This Policy Would Not End Until Sometime After Christmas. Reiterated Once Again, I Would Need To Get The Same Thing In Order To Rectify Getting Any Kind Of Remuneration, Go Figure!"
