"Very disappointed! They refuse to refund due to an honest mistake made by their employee. A very specific type of shoe was asked for, stability shoes. The shoe that was stated to be that specific type was purchased only to discover after wearing the shoes and researching them, they were not the type of shoe asked for, for the support needed. They are called neutral, not stability. When returning them due to, what is believed to be an honest mistake, they firmly refused a refund due to store policy. Although it is understandable and expected to have store policy, there should also be exceptions to that policy when the error falls on the employee of the establishment. This is a great example as to why people DO NOT shop locally, and small town businesses struggle to thrive. Unfortunate."

I would think a discount could be offered. On Black Friday he was giving a 30 % discount on all items."
