"Have taken my vehicle there 3 separate times for the exact same issue and was there earlier then my appointment time everytime and they kept it all day to never fix it the first time not only did I ask them to fix the re call but to change the oil and hook up the charging ports due to I bought a ex police explorer and the wires weren't hooked up at 4pm that first time I called them to check on my vehicle and the only thing they did was the oil change did they couldn't hook up the chargers due to I would have to have a after market cd player which was wrong the very next day on lunch break I wired them myself and I'm a woman lol then told me they couldn't do the recall due to I was at 121000 miles and it stops at 120000 and that they would send the paper work so I could see that they did send paperwork and it said if past the 1200000 miles then the warranty is still covered until Aug of 2021 so yea I called and told them that they said well yea we can fix it so made another appointment took vacation from work Sat there for hours just for the lady to tell me they have to order the parts thats they would call me a month past I called them to see if parts were in and they were so I again set up another appointment and they had it from 8 am until 430 pm and it was still sitting in same spot they said they were gonna keep it over weekend and give me a loner something Jeff said they didn't do but then he was the one to do it lol so yes they gave me a loner and they still have my vehicle the car smells like mildew sounds like ping pong balls under car when turning and the windshield wipers are broke so they will be receiving a call this am this is unbelievable and I will be sure to let Danny Ford know about this experience o and also there is a receipt from July 2020 in the car so it has not been cleaned or sanitized"
