"Our waiter was so rude towards us for no reason. I asked to use the bathroom key because it was freezing cold and we walked there and she said yes and was very nice over the intercom thing, but when she came out to give me the key, she sighed very loudly, rolled her eyes and unlocked it didn’t say a word to me and let me in and then when she came to give us our food, she sighed, once again because of how much stuff we ordered and continue to read, and then rolled her eyes the entire time she was reading the receipt she was overall not respectful and so me and my friends were talking about how she wasn’t respectful and this other employee came out And immediately started accusing us of talking Bad about the other employee saying that it’s exhausting to read long receipts and it makes her uncomfortable when she didn’t even know the full story about what happened and she was not there and how did they know we were talking about that therefore they had to be snooping on our conversation. Even if she was having a bad day, she shouldn’t trace the customers like that and we were saying thank you and everything until she started having an attitude and being disrespectful so they had no right to blame us This sonic Has very good food. I will admit and very good employees. I’ve never had an incident like this before but it made me very upset and honestly made me uncomfortable. People shouldn’t come out to us and blame us for talking rude about a person when they don’t know what happened. Unacceptable."

"Waited over 10 minutes for our food only to find out when we arrived home order was totally incorrect and cold. Cheese was not melted on burgers… fries and tater tots were stale. No excuse for this bad dinning experience since there wasn’t any other customers there !"

"What is going on with your cups this is the second time from two different Sonic that this has happened to me also with two different size cups? Cup sweats but sweats the product out. I have sugar free mango and blue coconut water."

"This is a new Sonic located off Highway 49 as you are entering/leaving Paragould. It has a new design that makes it look unique compared to other Sonic restaurants. I visited for breakfast and although many customers were not there, it took a little while to get my order. This location does have a drive-thru and you can use the mobile app as you can at most other Sonic locations. Convenient spot just off the highway and I wouldn't hesitate to visit again."
