"I would not recommend at all. They were supposed to deliver our bed on 10/31 and never showed said they had truck issues that I would be first on the list for the next day and have not had it delivered and here it is 2:30 in the afternoon and they are not answering the phone I have spent 2 days waiting and have had to put off other stuff that needed done very aggravated at this point"

"They deserve bo stars but thata not an option. After 2 days of excuses and lies I am still waiting for the last part for my washer and dryer set. These people should be ashamed of themselves cause they sure aren't going to take excuses when i make my payments are they? Stay away."

"Worse store I have had to deal with. Lady was very rude and when I asked for Corp. Number she then decided to tell me how she was just diagnosed with cancer to excuse her behavior . I have tried to talk to the district manager who will not return a call his has made notes saying talk to store manager. So I am now waiting on a regional manager"

"Today I went to get me an adjustable bed,was told Friday to wait till today and it would only cost me $1 to get started. Nope was told that person was wrong ..called cooperate and they said that sale is online and in store from May 3 to May 9 . Not happy knowing I've never missed a payment nor have I ever been late and I spend a lot of money there. I'll pay my stuff off and I'll search for a bed some place else. Losing a good customer. Just saying I retract my 5 stars."
