"Very Very Very I mean awful RUDE!!!!!!! It come closing time they turned the lights out on us an made us leave, an told us they didn't put prices on there stuff an I was looking at a shirt that had a price on it, an they told me an my friend 2 different price on the same shirt.I will never go back an will nobody I know will either. They need to close that store for good cause they not fit for a store owner. They need to learn how to treat people !!!!"
"Absolutely mortified about what my daughter, friend and I witnessed in this store. A woman came to get food, thirty minutes before closing...... They would not help her. She walked all the way there with a cane and visible sores on her feet. They claimed her 20 days were not up. She needed food stamp verification etc. They told her to come back tomorrow even after she said she had to walk there to get food. First they told her we close in thirty minutes.....ok, thirty minutes is long enough to get something simple together. (Especially if one woman is just standing behind the counter with nothing to do) Second..... They turned her down because of verification and days? They were snarky and very rude with her. The woman was not snarky at all. This woman began to cry. It was heartbreaking to witness this. YOU GET EVERY DONATION FOR FREE! EVERY SINGLE ITEM FOR FREE. Isn't this "thrift" store affiliated with local churches? This is completely shameful! Who cares about verification or days. You do not know her situation. You could have at least.......At least gave her a few days to get her through. And for those who want to throw out there she could be abusing the system..... Well isn't that God's place to handle and judge? This thrift store abuses the system. You get your stuff for free and you can't even hand someone something for free. We are called to help and love the poor, needy, fatherless, widow's,etc. I will never step foot in or recommend this place. You could have showed Jesus' love in less than thirty minutes. You could have showed a 15 year old young lady the right way to treat a person especially since you are called United Neighbor's on your sign. Shameful. Disappointing. Needs to be a negative star."
