"It’s a new facility but the employees are just chit chatting not taking care of the customers or cleaning tables. Literally there was 3 of us dining in and ALL tables were dirty. And like 6-8 employees just horse playing in the kitchen. Place need to be managed better or else in a year it’ll the look like the rest of McDonald’s in the Memphis area."
"At around 4:45 PM on January 24th I stopped by after work to grab a quick bite. The girl running the intercom was very brash, and had a rude tone to her voice. Upon pulling up to the first window, she took one look my direction and walked off. I figured she must have had something to do until a crowd began gathering around her station, including her, all with phones out and cackling hysterically. This continued for a FULL 7 MINUTES, as I waited amidst the barrage of cackles and curse words. I finally drove off. I will not be back, but hopefully this place considers a full staff replacement."
