"Went through the drive thru they pulled me to a lane and told me they were waiting on my chicken it would be about 4 mins….. well 10 mins went by and I finally got my food I was checking it. and no chicken was in the bag . So I go inside to get my chicken that I was waiting for and the girls in the back had attitudes and just very unprofessional I then waited another 8 mins for my chicken while my other food and ice cream got cold and melted very very disappointed"
"Spent $50 for 2 adults and 2 teens. Expected. What was not expected was the cold burgers (and they were busy- you would think everything would be fresh). Took the two burgers back, replaced, in less than 10 min. They nuked some burgers and served them up. Around the outside was hot, center cold. They must know local guides and give them fresh food, because it was not fresh tonight."
"The staff were nice but the burger was subpar. I ordered the double hamburger and fries. Fries were the typical crinkle cut and they were hot. The burger was disappointing. Patties were flavorless and tough to chew on. They reminded me of the cheap beef soy patties that my high school used to serve for hamburgers because they were the most economical thing available. I understand everyone is cutting costs, but they charged over $10 for that combo. I can get a significantly better burger and fries combo for the same price everywhere else."
"Old school notepad for orders, only basic menu options, online ordering not available, and 8 waiting lanes for drive through. Undercooked fries. 2 stars because the food wasn't all bad. This franchise owner should sell to someone with a passion for greatness."
"As soon as we arrived we were greeted by Skylar he was very professional and impressive. The food came out quick and was wonderful. All around great experience. 5 star all the way."
