"Wanted to talk to the manager immediately instead of sales staff. Could see the gimmicks unfolding as their sales rep present in my car to someone for a trade-in value. Trade-in value was about 70% what it should have been. I don’t want to waste time with organizations. They play this game to see how much they can rip you off for and then try and make you feel good by going back one more time to a manager to potentially get a little more for a grossly understated trade in value. All I can say, is buyer beware…"

"Jerry Russell, salesman told me that he would sell me a Toyota Highlander for MSR. After questing him, he said there was no additional cost. Thinking we were dealing with an honest salesperson and dealership we signed the paper work. After getting home we realized that we were charged an additional $963.00 plus $599.00. I talked with Destiny Reed the $963 was for 5 yrs warranty on tires and wheels which was never discussed or mentioned. after talking with Frankie Markel, manager he had Donnie Lock to file the necessary papers to cancel the tire and wheel warranty but the cost remained on the cost of the vehicle which added $57.78 to the registration fee. They charged $3156.85 sales and use tax. They only sent $2964.30 to the County Clerk for sales and use tax. I have been over charged $599 plus $57.78 plus $192.55 a total of $849.33 over what the salesman said he would sale the car for. We are very dissatisfied with the dealership and salesperson. Would not recommend this dealer. We are very satisfied with the Toyota Highlander."
