"Food was hot, order was filled before I got my change. It was correct and noticed several others behind me had same service."

"This is my last trip to Jacks. They never have slaw. They always forget to give you biscuits. This time the mashed potatoes were runny and the forgot to give us any dipping sauce. I'm just done with this place. I definitely wouldn't recommend it."

"Another bad drive through experience. Ordered a three piece dinner, added another biscuit, added 2 “comeback” sauces. Got my order and inspected it at the window. They stare at you like you’re holding up traffic - no one was behind me. I tell them I’m missing the extra biscuit and the manager sternly says “sir, it’s in the box!” I have to open the box wide and show her there’s no extra biscuit. She begrudgingly returns to the window with my biscuit and before I can say “thanks”, she shuts the window. I then drove home and opened the bag to find that they had forgotten my two sauces. Ughh! So, I call up there and tell the manager my dilemma. I was nice but I didn’t have to be. She could have cared less. I felt she wasn’t going to offer any remedy so I had to ask them if they would please put name down to receive my sauces on the next visit. Again, she begrudgingly did what I asked and took my name. I said “thanks” and she said “yeah.” What a disappointment. The food is good but the drive thru is about as reliable as McDonald’s ice cream machine. C’mon Jacks! Fix this problem!!"

"Ordered 2 shakes, 1 of them had a sliver of plastic in it. I would've have given 5 stars for service because the guy at the window explained the ice cream melted cause their freezer went out & they're having to dip frozen solid ice cream for the shakes, I understand and pulled forward. Moments later a lady brought out food & we said that wasn't ours so she said oh they're working on that as if they forgot. Then more time passes then she comes out with "sloppy looking" shakes, I normally take pictures, I was just too tired & slightly frustrated. Then she says it would've been sooner but everyone called out & nobody showed up to work tonight. Truth is the best option and SOMEBODY was LYING!!!"

"The food is good and I've eaten there several times, but my order has never been right the first time. Last night was the final straw. I ordered a Jack's burger, a BLT chicken salad with no bacon, and two mashed potatoes with gravy through the drive-thru. I paid and was told it would be a few minutes and asked to park. I waited just a few minutes for the food, but when it arrived there was no burger in the bag. I went inside and was given by burger. When I got the salad home I realized there was no chicken on it. This has happened every visit. I like the food a lot, but I'm done."
