"I went to the Geek squad and got a speaker out in! He did an amazing job other than scratching up the plastic panel on the inside of my car. He had it laying upside down when I came back so I'm assuming he got it off and just threw it down. But he was very nice and did everything great."

"Regrettably, I have not visited a brick and mortar store for an electronic purchase in some time now. James Wilder, a representative from Intel, changed my perspective. "This store has really went down hill , been there about 5 times this month and tried to do business with them . First , be ready to wait !! They have the front check out closed all the time . Two there store isn’t organized, if you pull a slip off the shelf to buy something they may or may not have it ! Third there manager that lets you know he is the only manager Jonathan, could care less about any of these issues. They don’t stock items needed , for other things they sale , example you buy high end receiver good luck finding rca cables or other cables needed . Stores policy should be for the customer , a pleasant, safe , trusting place to shop . Not what makes it’s easier for management ,that’s ends the same way all other big names went out of business. Needless to say I won’t be shopping here anymore Jonathan the manager that could care less . Good luck , I’m personally waiting for a new place to come to town that actually cares."

"Our visit to Best Buy involved purchasing two new screen protectors for our iPhones. Although the service was timely, the two Geek Squad members who assisted with the installation of the screen protectors had difficulties adding them without resulting in air pockets. They re-installed one iPhone twice but still could not get it right. We left with one iPhone with a pencil eraser-sized air pocket. To their credit, they did not charge for the installation cost for either iPhone."
