Bojangles

"Chicken was good, but Popeyes is better. The biscuits were off the hook. Service was wonderful. The only problem needs more sides without pork base. I will be back."

"Had to wait 15 minutes for the food, even though no one else was in the restaurant. When we did finally get it, my fries were cold and hard and the chicken was just like warm and the breading was tough to chew. Could not even eat part of the food, got up and left. We will not be eating here again."

"The manager Tiffany was very rude. I got 2 chicken sandwich meals, that of course were messed up LIKE ALWAYS. I called immediately as I got home, and talked to a manager that was a guy, he told me he'd remake both meals for the inconvenience. I told him I couldn't come back the same night due to me getting my kids in bed, and he told me he put my name in a book. My husband goes back a few days later to get my meals, and Tiffany was VERY VERY rude about it. She told my husband to tell me that the meals weren't messed up just the sandwichs and she wasn't going to fix everything just the sandwiches. But the other manager told me he was replacing the whole meals due to the inconvenience. Seems to me that this Bojangles needs to find new managers that aren't rude and know what they're doing, and also needs to teach their employees how to count back change since I was also shorted 4 dollars the same night my meals were messed up but I was nice enough to let that go!"

"Damn…I recently visited Bojangles and tried their chicken sandwich and fries. While I had high hopes, my experience was rather mediocre. The chicken sandwich lacked the flavor and juiciness I was expecting. It felt somewhat dry, and the bun was slightly stale. Disappointingly, the fries were also underwhelming. They were lukewarm and lacked the crispy texture I prefer. I swear there was no salt. Overall, I found the meal to be average at best. It filled the hole but it really was a waste of space, calories and an appetite. :("
