"Food was burnt and doughy all at the same time. Employees were rude. The dining area was cold and needed clean at 8pm I would have expected a different atmosphere. We ordered a calzone that was just bla. There was no seasoning and was cooked until thoroughly dead. Was not impressed and probably won't be back. Due to for pricing not matching experience provided"

"I don't really do Google reviews but this business has earned mine. My gf and I are visiting from out of town and we do not have Donatos pizza in Kansas city. The food is kind of expensive and we spent $50 for two pizzas. One was a large pizza and the other was a cauliflower crust pizza. I will say the price is pretty fair since the pizzas are made fresh and what made us happy was the ingredients were fresh too. The service was pretty good. The manager that I talked to was extremely nice and made sure our experience was a great one. Sadly the family member that we are visiting is moving away from Bowling Green in the next month about 30 minutes away so next time when we come to visit them we will have to travel 30 minutes to come eat here but at least we know it'll be worth the drive. Absolutely looking forward to eating here again and to the manager that I talked to, hope you have a good time in KC and enjoy our famous BBQ. Also put in a word to open up a place out here in KC!"

"bowling green has so many options for food, but we chose donatos because my dad is from ohio and loved donato’s and we wanted to get a taste. it was delicious and everybody was nice. we got some breadsticks and a large famous thin crust pizza. breadsticks were good reminded me of olive garden. the pizza was really good we ate every last piece lol. dont be fooled by “thin crust” it isn’t what traditional thin crust tastes like. it’s doughey and yummy and the perfect amount of cheese and toppings. really good pizza! and all the food was nice and warm and yummy in my tummy. now im ready to take a nap. weird that they use paper plates lol but hey im not judging. seems like a nice place to come listen to live music too and theyre doing good for the community!"
