Krispy Kreme 1901 Gallatin Pike North, Nashville, TN 37115

"I placed a pick up order yesterday in the afternoon to be picked up today at 6:30am for a work meeting. 1 box of assorted and 2 of classic glazed. When picking up, we were told they didn’t have any glazed ones, and we had to wait one hour. We asked just to fill the boxes with other kind of donuts. They said no, because the assorted donuts were more expensive. I can understand that, but given the fact that your app took the order and we had an early commitment, couldn’t you care about the customer experience and not a couple of dollars difference? How am I responsible that you failed to prepare? When I asked to speak to a manager, the lady I spoke to said she was a manager. Not only she refused to help, when I asked her to cancel my order and to provide a refund, she said I had to do that myself. Clearly this person needs more training not only in how to run a store, but in how to provide decent customer service"

"They didn’t have an updated menu sign so we attempted to order multiple doughnuts that apparently don’t exist now, despite signage for Biscoff doughnuts literally everywhere on the windows and on the menu. Also, the lady asked to take our order and so we started ordering and we had to start over because she wasn’t listening. It was very strange. Overall, we got regular glazed ones because they didn’t have anything else and they were warm! Not bad"

"The absolute dirtiest and unpleasant Krispy Kreme I've ever been to, misc items left on counter, chairs are absolutely disgusting, and floors are dirty. Workers whisper when they talk to you so you can't hear anything they say."

"It's sad that the quality of krispy Kreme has gone down hill. The workers do not care. My order was wrong but I could deal, but the quality was terrible once I opened them. What happened to your establishment? Corporate please retrain or restaff this location. Money doesn't come easy these days but if you can't even get a basic donut right, it doesn't look good for the future of this location"
