"Just needed an appliance part. Wife called and was in the center they'd check for availability of the part and get right back. We'll, I ended up driving to the store where 3 folks were chit chatting in the center of the store with no customers and after showing them a picture of the part I need then I I got the part I needed that was hanging on a display rack just behind them. All things considered I got what I needed but their customer service was lacking a bit. Maybe if I was there to buy a fridge maybe everything would have been hunky dory. Anyway, my ice maker is making ice again with only the water filter replaced!"

"Crabtree Furniture gets an A+ from me. Super friendly people and very helpful. We had to order the piece I wanted, and they gave me an estimated time frame and it came in right when they said it would. The delivery was fast, with no delay, and the guys setting it up were nice and knew what they were doing. Very happy!! Will be doing business with them again."

"We bought a couch and loveseat set that totaled about $2,200. About 3 months in, one of the recliners in the loveseat started to develop a lean so you couldn't sit up straight. We battled back and forth for a few months with Crabtree arguing that there was nothing wrong with it, although their delivery guys absolutely agreed with us that something was wrong. The lean got so bad that my wife couldn't sit in it because it made her back twist so much that it hurt. They finally replaced it after going back and forth and not returning our calls for about 3 months. Then just before our 1 year of ownership, the center seat of the couch had a seam that came apart. They came and picked up the cushion and had it for almost 2 weeks. We had to call them a number of times to figure out when we would get our cushion back and when we did it was just 9 very basic stitches, that I could've done myself, to "repair" it. Its about a month later and it's tearing open again in the same spot. I will never buy from here or recommend anyone ever again."

"My mom and I went in to take a look and everyone was so nice and welcoming. She talked to one of the owners and he sat with her and told her the history of the store and my mom enjoyed hearing the story. I love their furniture I will go back whenever I need anything but I did pick up a really nice dresser.i would recommend this store to anyone."

"Excellent service. Salesman quick to help me find what I needed. Delivery estimate was next business day. Pricing not bad for small town store but could have been a bit better. Nearly gave 5 star but I am pretty hard to impress even this much. I do recommend if you are in the area to check here before going to bigger towns. I think you will be pleased! I am!"
