"Stripped drain plug, issue caused by the Valvoline in Oak Grove. Went to two other Valvolines where the staff told me nothing could be done and I needed to take it do a different shop. This shop helped me out. Everyone here is extremely professional and knowledgeable."

"Got an oil change here which was not bad- staff were friendly BUT they put my skid plate back on wrong or missed a screw so the plate ended up dragging on the road a day later. Due to the dragging the plate broke and now I will have to make sure everytime I get an oil change the plate is zip tied back on because the screw hole was ripped off due to the plate dragging. I was very dissatisfied by this."
