Hardee’s 6503 Highway 41 A, Pleasant View, TN 37146

"This is by far the WORST Hardees I have visited! The manager there is the rudest & most belligerent woman. She cursed me and hang the phone up on me several, and this is when I was calling to report an employee had stolen money from my bank card! YES, they are okay with people stealing from you! And on top of that the food is HORRIBLE here! Don’t know if its because they rush or they have a younger staff but they CANNOT properly cook meat! I ordered 3 breakfast chicken sandwiches and none of them were edible! Undone, chewy and SQUEAKY in every bite. This is disgusting!! I spend $10+ here and usually on can eat the side lol. They routinely forget the drinks, and don’t add a sweet or extra. FORGOTTEN! If you can avoid this place please do yourself a favor. Hold off for a few more minutes to get anything else do the road."

"Since the 2 young men started working at this Hardee's, the service has been 10/10. I wish i knew their names but it's one guy that always take the money and the other guy hands you the food. Wonderful guys, so polite and pleasant. Give these guys a raise or something, Hardee's! Great workers!"

"Busy lunch, they handled it well. Tried new fish sandwich combo, loved it. Fries hot and delicious. I did not visit the bathroom on this trip. One negative, looks like they have a work area behind the counter near the register where they do paperwork. The only problem with this is customers can hear all their business, talking about other employees or any unhappiness they are talking about, not what I want to hear when I'm trying to enjoy lunch."

"I have really tried to have grace with the local restaurants here In Pleasant View. Whoever runs your Google profile needs to start updating the business hours daily since they seem to change at the last minute. MOSTLY for us locals who try to support our local businesses, but for transient people as well. It's been beyond ridiculous for well over a year now. Also, the customer service that we used to rave about in our small town is now that of the larger cities around us. Weather you need to pay more, hire better leadership, give better incentives or have owners that understandthe demographic. It's pretty sad when we try to engage a drive through employees and their on there cell phone and can't even make eye contact."

"I went through the drive thru it was right at 1230pm however there was NO one in front of me nor anyone behind me when I was in the drive thru. I encountered the rudest young man I think I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. It was clear that I was nothing but an inconvenience to him. I had a simple question about my order and he refused to answer my question, instead, he screamed, “IS THAT ALL?!” I asked him again and he said “YES! NOW IS THAT ALL?!” He was unbelievably rude and rushed me through ordering even though there was NO ONE in the drive thru but me. Then I got home and the chicken strips were burnt, cold and pitiful. I ordered the 3 piece chicken tender platter, I’ve attached photos of the chicken I received, in comparison was the honey mustard sauce it came with. Tiny, burnt pieces of chicken and my curly fries were extremely under cooked, almost still frozen. Also one tid bit to include, once I drove around, whoever this young male is, wouldn’t come to the window to take my money, instead it was a young girl, CLEARLY not the RUDE young guy from the drive thru speaker. I’ll never give them my business again! They need to hire employees who don’t intimidate the public and RUSH them then are rude as hell! I’ve contacted corporate but haven’t heard one word from them! Go figure!"
