"Had an amazing experience on Black Friday. A different shoe store in the mall completely ignored my mother and I as we were trying to shop, and we tried Finish Line just to receive some of the best service I’ve seen in a long time. Kenneth was the employee who helped us find the shoes we were looking for, order them online for us when they weren’t in stock, and then set it up so I could pick them up when the shoes were delivered to the store even though my mother was the one who purchased them. The employees in the store were even courteous enough to call me when the shoes came in so I didn’t have to drive across town before they came in; plus when I went to pick them up, Kenneth remembered our order and had them waiting for me behind the counter. Honestly, I’ll probably come here the next time I need shoes for the gym because of how good the service was."
"I went to Finish Line with my daughter today to get us some shoes. The customer service was excellent. The manager took her time with me and was very patient and helpful while I tried on several shoes for the right size. They didn't have the size in stock on one of the pairs that I wanted. Without hesitation she offered to order them and have them shipped to my house. She was interactive and very pleasant with my daughter and helped her get the shoes she wanted as well. I have 0 complaints and would recommend to anybody. I was going to price shop but the customer service was so good I purchased 4 pairs."
"Great customer service! My mom is in town visiting and we tried to find her some new trail shoes, finish line was our last hit of the day. The lady helped my mom see what type of arch she had in order to pick out the most comfortable shoe. She walked out with some new great trail shoes and inserts for $110! That's a deal for some nice Brooks. The lady was very friendly and helpful, and if you're reading this I hope you are taking things okay with the passing of your grandmother. It goes to shoe how great this employee was having a family member pass away the same day, and she was still so happy and helpful. We will be back again!"
