"Bunch of idiots running the restaurant. They mess up your order every time. They really need to change the management because there’s tons of negative reviews piled up, but no signs of improvement. It’s horrible and most of you will relate to having an unpleasant experience at this location. They will never receive your call, you’ll always find the employees laughing and playing while you wait for orders. The restaurant is dirty, sticky floors and trash everywhere. I am definitely taking this matter further as I’ve had enough. I didn’t pay online delivery fees and tip the driver to receive an incorrect order. I had to drive all the way up to the restaurant to return it and I am still waiting for my refund. It’s been more than two weeks. Have some shame!"

"The guy that was at the register when we got there (tattoos on his neck) was so personable and so helpful. It’s really refreshing to see somebody actually doing their job in the Customer Service and he was going beyond. He was also redirecting his employees in a firm, but respectful way, and made sure to check in on other customers if they were waiting to assure them that their order was coming. The wings were nice and crispy the weight was not long. There was no trashcan in, the dining area and the floors were really sticky but honestly it wasn’t even a big deal with the service that we got. I hope this place appreciates him for sure cause he was awesome."

"I will start by saying that this location NEVER completes/fulfills orders properly. I recently placed an order from them on Ubereats: 20 wings (10 original hot and 10 lemon pepper, well done). These folks sent 15 raw flats with hot sauce drizzled on top. The food smelled DISGUSTING…like old meat. I got a full refund from Ubereats, but also called the restaurant to make them aware of the issue. They didn’t answer the phone. I don’t know what kind of trash establishment this is, but I suspect that with the growth of Clarksville it will go out of business and a different location will thrive. I’ve heard bad things, but thought I’d take a chance…my mistake! To the owner: get your organization together sir/ma’am. I’ll be the first to advocate for you all to go if you don’t. This was my last time even attempting to place an order here nonetheless."

"The place was empty when we arrived, but it was quick service and friendly staff. We ordered our foods and they came correct and hot. The wings are delicious and the fries are so good with the perfect amount of seasoning. Make sure you got plenty of napkins as they are messy!"
