"I am a loyal Spencer's customer until today when I was treated with so much disrespect and sass by a manager named Rebecca at the Spencer's locstion inside the Givernor's Square mall in Clarksville, TN. I came in to try and return an item for a bigger size because the item was one size too small for my girlfriend and the item still had all of the tags on it and it was a jacket and I had the receipt but she refused to do the return even though the item was just purchased 4 days ago . I have never felt so humiliated in front of my girlfriend this was Embarrassing and sad.i even asked the manager for her supervisors name and she refused to give me her supervisor's name and I served my country for 22 years and this is so pathetic. And she went as far as to accused me of fraud when I literally spend about 500 dollars a month at Spencer's."

"Passing through from Florida and decided to stop by this location in the mall. I was first greeted by Rinesha( I hope I spelled it right.. AA lady with piercing on her top lip). Not only was she very friendly but polite and funny. I also had the pleasure of getting help from Aubrey, she was very kind and answered all questions I had. I truly enjoy coming to a new state and experiencing friendly, professional and overall great hospitality. Great job!"

"Typically when I come here I have a good time but when I came today me and my Girlfriend had a good time walking around and we decided to get 2 funny shot glasses. We went to the check out and we had multiple workers walk by us, glance at us, and keep walking. We were standing there for almost 10 minutes. I heard a bunch of workers being loud and laughing in the back and I went to the door and asked the 1st lady I saw and asked her to come check us out. She yelled asking for someone else to come help us despite her doing absolutely nothing. She then comes stomping up to the register 30 seconds later and was super rude to us. Didn't apologize for the extremely long wait or anything. I'm usually super patient but that ticked me off."

"I never get bored browsing this store. I always find fun things at Spencer's. Today I found celebrities' words of wisdom about success on oracle cards, a Ouija board bag, and candy rings. Their tee shirts are fun but pricey- $27 or buy 4 get one free. Staff was helpful by answering my questions and getting information about merchandise. Military discount honored here too."
